HOW IT WORKS: Tour de Fleece (TdF) is an annual spinning event that takes place during the same time as the Tour de France bicycle race. The 2024 TdF is scheduled to take place from Saturday, July 1st through Sunday , July 23rd with rest days on July 10th and July 17th. Participants are encouraged to spin, crochet, knit, weave and/or needle felt every day that the cyclists ride, and can set their own personal goals.

There will be prizes for the following categories:
Spinning: Longest yardage (honor system)
Spinning: Best Core (voted on)
Spinning: Best Beehives (voted on)
Crochet: Best Crochet item (voted on)
Knit: Best Knit item (voted on)
Felting: Best Felted item (voted on)
Weave: Best Weaved item (voted on)
RAFFLE Prizes
Raffle entry for each completed skein, completed crochet, knit, weaved, and/ or needle felted item submitted via this Facebook Group. Please submit images with your posts throughout the tour.
Depending on the number of those who participate, there could be weekly prizes, and pop up prizes so get your entries in by posting on this Facebook group.
